VALENZA CHOCOLATIER® was created by Amy Jo (Valenza) Pedone when she experienced her first ‘a ha’ moment after the passing of a close family member. She became fearless in her pursuit to ditch the commercial real estate world and follow her true Italian passion for fine chocolate. The Italian inspired artisan chocolate and confections business is based in Orange County and was created in 2013. Amy Jo’s love for chocolate originally stems from childhood memories of making Italian cookies from family recipes dating back hundreds of years. After only two years of business, Amy Jo has garnered a list of awards at the International Chocolate Salon and the Americas Competition of the International Chocolate Awards, leading her to compete at the World Final of the International Chocolate Awards this October.
VALENZA offers a large collection of bonbon flavors such as blood orange, blueberry balsamic, peanut butter and sea salt (AKA Bonbons of Gold) lime basil, limoncello and strawberry bellini.. All orders are handmade at time of placement for optimal freshness. Place a local order through their online Chocolate Shop on a Monday and it will be delivered on Thursday.
