Born in Karachi, Pakistan, Imran’s career had humble beginnings, working as a dishwasher while learning everything he could about Indian cuisine. His passion for the culinary arts drove him to work his way up the ladder; today he is known as a leader in the Modern Indian Cuisine movement. Imran has trained under Michelin Star chefs at restaurants throughout the world. Fluent in five languages, Imran hones his craft by traveling to India once a year to meditate and fuel his culinary creativity. Imran counts these journeys as the inspiration for his elevated, diverse menu creations and ultimate his ability to provide guests.
