Black PEI mussels with smoked paprika, chili flake, Bilbao chorizo, green onion and deglazed with white wine. Other favorites include Mushroom Leek wood fire pizza (with fragrant truffle oil), Grilled Marinated Shrimp, Hummus style Deviled Eggs, and Pork Belly on crispy rice cakes. Mesa is known for their ability to accommodate large parties. Because their chefs purchase fresh ingredients daily, they request parties of 12 people or more to select one of their set menus.
