You spend years dreaming about the perfect one. The one you will gaze at with adoration. The one you will have by your side for every major milestone. The one you will share you life with. Yes, of course we are talking about THE ENGAGEMENT RING.
Selecting an engagement ring is an intensely personal decision, and as such, we are seeing a trend of shopping for the ring as a couple, prior to the engagement, so that when the moment comes the ring is not a surprise but a piece that you have chosen together. We interviewed Beverly Hills Jeweler Mark Broumand to find out what other trends he is seeing in engagement rings this year.
Mark Broumand: We are seeing a lot of interest in rose gold engagement rings! The color is so vibrant and elegant, and diamonds really stand out on rose gold beautifully. Most engaged couples tend to match their engagement ring and like the idea of stacking one band on each side of the engagement ring. It creates a beautiful look.
Creating mesmerizing one of a kind pieces is a passion I have. I love to work with each individual diamond and create a gorgeous piece that will showcase it perfectly. We can custom make anything that can be imagined. I’d say what makes us stand out is the attention we give to every detail. We custom craft each one of our beautiful engagement rings around the center diamond. We can create any engagement ring design from scratch and the possibilities are endless. I also look for the best values in diamonds. I like to hand select the diamonds that I feel have the best size, cut and quality combination to give the best value possible.Check out some of Mark Broumand’s gorgeous rings below!
Luxe Tip: Do your research! When you walk into a jeweler, have a basic idea of what you’re looking for as far as cut, color, and style. If you know what you’re looking for, many jewelers can call their suppliers to find the EXACT stone you are looking for and work with you on creating a custom setting as well.
