We could not be more thrilled to be sharing Lilit & David’s Pelican Hill Wedding. This couple’s wedding is the definition of timeless romance mixed with couture. Lilit is a stunner, and being a makeup artist, she took it upon herself to do her very own makeup. Although there are many great artists she could trust, she wanted her own personal touch to this very special day. She looked jaw-dropping-gorgeous in her dramatic yet classic V-shape neck line Steven Khalil dress. She paired it perfectly with a lace appliqué veil and blusher. We can’t help but smile at the darling flower girl dresses as they fluttered down the aisle with their one shoulder ruffle.
Lilit and David’s wedding ceremony was compromised of lush greenery, white peonies and ivory garden roses. The elegant floral composition and cohesive urns enhanced the iconic rotunda structure at the Resort at Pelican Hill. We love the 3 tier floral chandelier in the center of the Rotunda that made a romantic backdrop for the couple without blocking the picturesque ocean view. The same classic, yet modern design transitioned into the Ballroom. Mirrored tables, smoke acrylic chairs, and glass candelabras juxtaposed the soft and feminine florals in the chandeliers and on the tables. Smoke colored glass goblets and black ribbon napkin treatments at each place setting added another layer of originality and edge. Just like her bouquet which blended classic peonies with black centered anemones and blushing bride protea blooms.
The couple’s sweetheart table was framed by overflowing arrangements and staged by a beautiful all white, six tier wedding cake. “I love her and that’s the beginning and end to everything” along with other love quotes are seen throughout the event space, some of which are the Bride & Groom’s favorites. “Made To Love” was created into a gold decal for their white dance floor, from one of their favorite John Legend songs. “Drunk In Love” artwork was added to the tall green hedges displayed at cocktail hour, perfect for selfies. We love how they tied song lyrics and famous quotations into their day as a reflection of their love story together, setting the tone for romantic whispers.
